Boston Headquarters: Production servers are maintained offsite. All direct access is by secured VPN only.

	A powerful nationwide network To deliver a reliable, fast, on-demand service requires a national network. HRMDirect has operations in four separate facilities across the US to supply our clients with the performance they demand. Datacenter Locations HRMDirect operates servers in three separate locations in addition to disaster recovery systems located in our Boston headquarters. New York Datacenter: Primary servers are located in a carrier-grade SAS 70 Level II-compliant datacenter operated by Logicworks. Secondary Servers: A network of hot-failover servers located in Los Angeles, San Jose, and Washington, D.C. provide effective 100% uptime and a real-time backup for mission-critical functionality. Boston Headquarters: Production servers are maintained offsite. All direct access is by secured VPN only. 24/7 System Monitoring HRMDirect uses a third-party testing service to verify the operational status of all services for both absolute uptime and performance. All components of the system are probed every 5 minutes from locations in Washington, D.C., San Francisco, and Chicago. HRMDirect staff are on call to respond to alerts on a 24/7/365 schedule.
