New User Training
HRMDirect conducts a 30-minute New User Tuesday online orientation class every week at 1pm ET. All users are welcome to join, but space is limited so registration is required. Send an email to Client Service to RSVP.

The table below defines our minimum guaranteed service levels. As with everything we do, we typically exceed these guarantees.
