Implementation
All HRMDirect subscribers are assigned to a dedicated account manager who stays with them throughout the implementation process and is available for consultation or resolution of complex support issues long after your implementation is complete. Technologically-sophisticated subscribers often choose a largely self-managed deployment of their HRMDirect system, while a fully-guided option with hand-holding at every step is provided at no extra charge for all subscribers.
Training
HRMDirect provides a full, personal training package to all new subscribers as part of their implementation at no extra charge. Training is customized to each subscriber.s business and process requirements, and is typically broken up into separate Administrator and User modules based on skill level and role. HRMDirect has successfully implemented and trained over 95% of our subscribers remotely, saving our subscribers from substantial overhead costs.
Help Desk
The HRMDirect user helpdesk is available from 8am-8pm ET via email, live web chat, and telephone. All subscribers are entitled to full support by all channels with no service tiers or per-incident charges. The support desk is fully-staffed by Boston-based personnel alongside product development and account management staff to provide maximum business, client, and technology expertise.
Included Maintenance Services
HRMDirect products are offered as subscriptions and include many important maintenance services at no extra cost. Minor form and website updates, major career site redesigns, configuration assistance, new user training, and custom report generation are a few of the things included in your HRMDirect subscription.
