HRMDIRECT ANNOUNCES LAUNCH OF RESUME DIRECT ONLINE APPLICANT TRACKING SYSTEM

Boston, MA, February 7, 2005 (HRMDIRECT)—HRMDirect, Inc. today announced the General Availability of Resume Direct, a web-based applicant tracking system designed to increase recruiting productivity for companies of 25 to 1500 employees. Speaking from the Company's Boston headquarters, Director of Product Development A.G. Gilbert said that Resume Direct would change the way corporate HR managers thought about applicant tracking systems.

"Most vendors say, 'We don't want to compete on price, we want to compete on value.' That's because they're overpriced and can't afford to compete on price." Gilbert said. Director of Sales and Co-Founder Colin Kingsbury also emphasized Resume Direct's unique resume grading capability, which allows recruiters to automatically sort candidates into groups based on their qualifications for the job.

"Our grading system models classic recruiting workflow exactly, so it's easy to use and extremely accurate." Kingsbury said. "Frankly, it's a feature you can't get in any other system, no matter how much you spend. Recruiting directors at large companies using six-figure systems that don't perform as well have been shocked by what we're offering."

Corporate buyers have also reacted enthusiastically to HRMDirect's flat-rate licensing model. That cheats the customer of productivity gains." Gilbert said.
