HRMDIRECT ANNOUNCES RELEASE OF RESUME DIRECT 1.1

Boston, MA, March 7, 2005 (HRMDIRECT)—HRMDirect, Inc. today announced the release of Resume Direct 1.1, a free upgrade of their flagship Resume Direct applicant tracking system that is immediately available to all customers. Included in the release are two substantial enhancements: an upgraded Grading Module and the all-new Corporate Career Site.

ENHANCED GRADING MODULE
One of the most important features of Resume Direct is its capability to automatically sort incoming applicants into prioritized groups based on criteria chosen by the recruiter. This release significantly enhances the accuracy and performance of the grading engine, while retaining the widely-acclaimed simplicity of the 1.0 version. "With this release, we've taken the grading engine to the top of the class in terms of capability," said Director of Product Development A.G. Gilbert. "Recruiters tell us that when they choose a set of criteria and feed in resumes they've already reviewed by hand, Resume Direct consistently sorts applicants into the same buckets they assigned them to by hand. We see this as a 'marquee feature' and so we're always looking for ways to tweak it to make it even better."

CORPORATE CAREER SITE
Resume Direct customers can now host their career site through HRMDirect, with all requisitions managed in Resume Direct automatically posted to their customized career site. Included at no extra charge in all subscription levels is a customization package to tailor the career site to match the customer's existing branding and look-and-feel. "Hosted career sites aren't a new feature," Gilbert said, "but we're pretty sure we're the first to offer them at no added charge and typically set up within an hour of a customer's call."

Gilbert said that the importance of this release went beyond the value of the individual features it provides. "Everyone talks about increasing the rate of innovation, but this release, just one month after our launch, proves that we're serious about it. Everything in this was 100% customer-driven." Gilbert said. "The great advantage of the Application Service Provider model is that everything becomes available to our users right away. They leave on Friday, log back in on Monday, and we've upgraded their system at no added charge."
