Automatic Tracking and Reminders
Forms are tracked with an assigner, assignee, due date, and type. Users can instantly generate reports and lists of assigned, past-due, and completed forms, as well as all forms concerning a specific employee. Email notifications are sent when a new form is assigned, on the date due, and once daily for all overdue forms.
Standard Electronic Forms
The Onboarding module includes unlimited access to a library including commonly-used state and federal forms as well as generic forms (such as a personal information form) that are suitable for out-of-the-box use by many employers. All forms support an electronic signature process, automatic population of information already on record, and validation rules to prevent common errors.
