HRMDirect onboarding is built on a common platform shared by all HRMDirect products, so it is tightly integrated with our recruiting, offboarding, workforce planning, and performance management capabilities, minimizing setup time and expense. It is also designed to be easily integrated with a variety of third-party tools and systems already in use within your organization today.

ATS Integration
While designed and offered with HRMDirect's applicant tracking system, the onboarding module can be integrated with many other recruiting and ATS packages, including competitive products as well as internally-developed systems. In this scenario, candidates can be automatically moved from the ATS to the onboarding system after accepting an offer or at another stage as appropriate.

HRIS Integration
Timely and accurate data entry into in-house and third-party HRIS systems can be ensured through fully-automated or manually-verified data loading processes. HRMDirect onboarding provides a friendly front end for gathering all of the data needed to create a new employee, and can transfer data through flat-file batches or direct API connection to your HRIS.

API Support
The HRMDirect onboarding module provides a complete data access API, enabling your internal IT resources and vendors to develop additional tools and system integrations completely independently. The data API is XML-RPC based for maximum cross-platform compatibility and ease of implementation. API integrations can be built independently with documentation and support provided by HRMDirect's product development team, or resources can be provided on a consulting basis to build unique integrations.
