A Seamless View of the Talent Lifecycle
Talent management is about people, why they are hired, where they come from, how they move through the organization, and how they leave and are replaced. Workforce planning unites concepts of recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding, and surrounds it with higher-level planning and forecasting capabilities so that the system can provide strategic decision support and then track the result of those decisions as they flow back down through the organization.

Scenarios and Forecasts
Whether growing or realigning for changing market conditions, people are invariably at the center of the largest and most significant decisions made by company leadership. HRMDirect workforce planning will allow executives and department heads to create and compare scenarios for increased and reduced headcount and budget, store or office openings or closings, and alternate compensation plans.
